Look Mom! I'm a blogger!

So...the other day one of my besties told me she started a blog and that I should start one, too. I told her that my life was really not that blog-worthy; after all, most of the time I don't want to know what's going on in my life-- why would other people? Most people blog about their exciting travels or cute kids, neither of which I have. But, this is gonna be a pretty big year for me...so i figure what the heck. So as a disclaimer: my life might not be super exciting, but it's pretty darn good. So thanks, Kel. Here goes nothing.
